About Rick Duran
Helping owners build agencies that perform beyond the owner.
Rick Duran is the founder of Agency Elite and owner of multiple insurance agencies. His 20+ years in insurance and financial services include seven years as a team member, experience as an agency manager, and building and leading teams of more than 20 people.
He understands the challenges from every seat: learning the business, having meaningful customer conversations, coaching a team, and leading an agency. Agency Elite grew from the training, processes, and accountability he developed along the way.
Through Agency Elite, Rick has helped more than 300 agency owners and their teams. His approach combines practical training, clear expectations, and ongoing reinforcement to help people apply what they learn.
His mission is to help owners build stronger teams and more consistent systems—creating more time to lead, develop their people, and help more customers.
