By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or accepting an invitation to join an agency account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an agency or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Agency Elite provides online training and operating tools for insurance agency teams, including structured courses, onboarding, quizzes, progress tracking, and analytics. We may add, modify, or discontinue features from time to time.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
• Agency owners and administrators are responsible for managing the team members they invite, including the access and permissions granted to them.

• Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing and plan details are presented at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods unless cancelled before the end of the then-current term.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; by subscribing, you authorize us and our processor to charge your selected payment method.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and partial periods are not prorated.

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service or its content to anyone outside your licensed account.
• Copy, download, record, scrape, or redistribute course materials except as expressly permitted.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or use the Service to violate any applicable law.
• Misrepresent your identity or use another person's account without authorization.

The Service and all content, including courses, videos, text, graphics, materials, and software, are owned by Agency Elite or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and its content for your internal training purposes only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You retain ownership of information and materials you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit it.

The Service may integrate third-party tools (for example, payment processing, scheduling, and video hosting). Your use of those tools may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Results from Rick Duran and Agency Elite members are not typical and are not guaranteed. Success depends on many factors including effort, consistency, market conditions, team execution, and prior experience. Agency Elite provides training, systems, and support, but we do not guarantee specific production, income, or business results. Any examples shared are for illustration purposes only and should not be interpreted as typical or guaranteed outcomes. We do not provide financial, tax, or legal advice; you should consult your own advisors before making business decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agency Elite and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agency Elitefrom any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The state and federal courts located in [Your State] will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms, except where prohibited by law.
