The Weekly Agency Accountability Rhythm

A simple cadence for huddles, scorecards, coaching, and follow-up that keeps priorities visible without micromanaging.

Accountability works best as a rhythm, not a reaction. When the team knows when priorities are set, reviewed, and coached, follow-up stops feeling personal.

Start the week with a huddle

A short Monday huddle sets the focus for everyone before the week gets busy.

  • Share last week’s results in five minutes
  • Name the top three priorities
  • Confirm who owns each priority

Review the scorecard mid-week

Check progress early enough to change course before the week is over.

  • Compare activity to weekly targets
  • Spot who needs support
  • Remove one obstacle for the team

Close the loop on Friday

End the week with recognition and a clear view of what carries over.

  • Recognize one specific win
  • Note what did not get done and why
  • Set up next week’s huddle
Put it into practice.
